Angel Food Ministries: What to expect on Pickup Day

Here are a few notes to keep in mind when you come to pick up your Angel Food order.

  • Make sure to stop by the re-order desk and look at the next month’s menu before getting your Angel Food order. If you are interested you can place your order for the next month right away.
  • While we are not a very large distribution site yet, there are times already where we have a small line waiting to pickup orders. Don’t expect to wait long though, the pickup process goes very quickly.
  • Bring your own box. While we have some boxes available for those who forgot or have too small a container, we do not provide a separate box for each order. Some folk have even used clothes hampers, they seem to work rather well.
  • If you need assistance taking your order out to your car we have several young men of the church ready to give you any assistance you request.
  • Don’t forget to bring your receipt. We aren’t able to get your order moving near as quickly if you do not have your receipt.
  • And finally, don’t forget about pickup day. We aren’t able to store your order for any length of time and we can not do refunds. Any food that is not picked up will be donated to a needy family in the area.

That about covers it. Things move fast, the volunteers have fun, and we hope that this ministry will be a blessing for you and yours. And if you would consider, visit us on Sunday to join us in worshiping our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He is the ultimate reason we are reaching out to serve the community, to help bring Christ to the neighborhood.

If you have any questions you can call the Church Office or email at bbtafm@comcast.net.
