PRAISE REPORT!!!

What a wonderful testimony for our weekly Prayer Group!  We prayed earnestly and diligently for Brother Joe and his surgery last Friday.  Firday came around and the doctors canceled the surgery!  The problem no longer existed and the doctors have admitted they are at a loss to explain the turn around, they were sure they were going to have to operate.

We have the explanation, and thank you all for your prayers.  They were answered in a mighty way to bring glory to God!  The prayers of the Saints are effective, and as Pastor Don is keen to say, “How much of a blessing to we miss out because of one hour a week we neglect to come together as a church in prayer?”

And speaking of Pastor Don, his surgery did go on.  He was sent home that same day and is doing much better.  Many thanks also for your prayers on his behalf.

Brother Warren delivered a heartfelt message Sunday morning and one could not tell that he had not preached from the pulpit in over 11 months.  Thank you Brother Warren for filling in as Pastor Don is on the mend.  And thanks also go out to Brother Randy for leading the Sunday Evening Service.  The time of prayer, study, and song was just what the doctor ordered to begin the week fresh and new.
