Hello Everyone!
- Bro. Tom will be holding the morning and evening services on May 6th while Weez and I are away.We plan to visit Amy’s church while we are up at Erie.
- Our plans are to have our first Angel Food Ministry distribution May 26th. We are planning a pizza party meeting on May 5th (Saturday) for Angel Food volunteers. Time will be 5-7 pm. We hope to have our plans finalized by then.
- We been working on gathering information about our church for the West Jefferson Hills Historical Society. This can be pictures, news articles, history, etc. Let us know if you are able to contribute any thing.
- I believe that is all for now. Our deacons’ meeting went well Sunday night with 100% participation. Ladies of Prayer had a great meeting last night also.

Updates: Spring Cleaning For The Soul

Hello Everyone,
This past Sunday, as far as my records show as Pastor, was the best Resurrection Sunday attendance in our 5 years of ministry. We had 50 in Sunday School and one “head count” for the morning service brought us very close to our 120 goal. I know by my tally sheet it was well over 100. What ever our number was, all glory, honor, and praise to KING JESUS! Now we must be diligent in following up on our welcome kit visitor cards. Over all, we had 22 known visitors that were claimed for the attendance drive plus the many visitors that came on their own. There is much work to be done. We will need some help figuring out “who was who” where we may not have obtained a name.
This Sunday’s morning message will be “GOD’S First Question.” Evening message will be part 2 of “A Bible Based Budget.” Deacon’s meeting will be after the service.
This Saturday (14th) is the final “Angel Food Ministry” training session. We will then have some of our questions answered as far as when we will start distributing.
On the week end of May 6th, Weez and I plan to be away for our 35th anniversary. The Deacons will know how to contact us if there are any emergencies.
