The Lord blessed this Saturday with crystal blue skies, a gentle breeze, and a warm sun. The ladies had prepared a container full of hot chocolate for the day but the busiest booth for drink was next door giving out cold soda pops. Over half a dozen congregations were represented and many had clothing ready to provide free of charge to whomever desired them. The food was free, the entertainment was free, and the fellowship was free. But the only free gift of any importance was the Gospel, which we provided to everyone walking by the table.
We were far enough from the main stage so not to have to shout over the entertainment as the brothers proclaimed the Gospel of Jesus Christ to those who desired to hear. Bible Baptist Temple was well represented both in numbers of familes and in desire to reach the lost. We distributed literature by the ream, pens, cookies, and friendship. Many thanks to everyone who either attended the table or just stopped by to support those who were there all day.
